Be more confident

Okay .. I know ..easier said than done , right ?  But think about it .. Is it really that hard ? Being confident ?

The thing is , girls want to be like other girls ; they want to blend in . Boys too . When you’re a Teenager , you really don’t want to stand out or be different . Why not though?  Isn’t it better to be confident the way you are ?

Here are some tips on how to be more confident with the way you are :

1) That question you always ask : ” What if”

“What if I don’t pass the test ?”

“What if he doesn’t like me ? “

“What if I get hurt ?”

What if? What if you pass the test ,he likes you and you don’t get hurt? What if nothing goes wrong?

Stop asking ‘what if?’, and start asking ‘why not?’

Try everything you can and always do your best . Keep your chin up and you will look even more confident.

2) Don’t hide behind your loud friends or all that make-up on your face. Be your own person and step out. If you Are really shy , try this and start by greeting people in your school’s hallway or at work. Later on , give them compliments and smile alot. After a little while , they will start giving you compliments too ! That will start boosting your confidence and make you feel better about yourself.

3) Lastly , be different. Don’t always try to blend in and be like the other girls or guys . As I said before , be your own person . Try other things and motivate people to be different too. Remember : there is only one Barbie . The more Barbies there are , the less the other ones will be loved . Be original . Be you.

How to do things better : Everyday things

1 ) Have more Self Confidence :

Forget about your crooked teeth and your impatience… Boost your confidence by writing one thing you’re good at each day and put it in a jar . After the year has ended , open that jar and read the mini letters you wrote.

2) Be better at school / work :

Plan every week by using or making your own ‘weekly planner’ . Make a schedule from hour to hour , and plan when you are going to do what . Oh, and make sure you can stick it to your wall or fridge.

Find a quiet place to do your homework or extra work . Make sure you are away from electronica or people who may distract you .

Take frequent breaks between your work hours and make sure to drink lots of water . Not only will water make you thinner , but also make you concentrate more .

3) Be a better friend :

Remember your friend’s birthday! But them a gift and write a cute card. Tell them how good of a friend they are etc.

4) Be nicer to your siblings :

I know , I know .. This isn’t always easy.. But hey, you just have to love them . So start by giving them compliments ; soon you will receive some too.

and enjoy the little things ❤️
